GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE
The use of the Kanal 32 Gift Card is governed by the following conditions of use.
The Gift Card is intended exclusively for the purchase, in one or more solutions, of the items sold in the Kanal 32 shop, located in Santa Maria di Licodia, Via Vittorio Emanuele n° 237, postal code 95038.
The Gift Card is valid for one year from activation.
It is a "scaled" card and therefore can be used for multiple purchases until the value is completely used up or as partial payment for a purchase.
The Gift Card cannot be topped up and does not entitle to cash refunds, it can always be used as a payment method, it is bearer and is equivalent to cash: if it is lost, stolen or damaged, the card cannot be blocked and cannot no responsibility can be attributed to Kanal 32 for its improper use, theft, loss or damage.
In the event of theft, loss or damage which renders the barcode or the numerical code associated with it illegible, the Gift Card will not be replaced or refunded. After the expiry date, the Gift Card can no longer be used nor will the bearer be entitled to any form of reimbursement of the remaining credit.
At the time of its purchase, the Gift Card does not participate in promotions other than those specifically dedicated to certain periods of the year and in any case appropriately communicated to the customer.
It cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers. It cannot be recharged and does not entitle to cash refunds for the amount contained.
If the total of the purchase receipt is less than the value of the Gift Card, the difference can be used for a future purchase. If, on the other hand, the total of the purchase receipt is greater than the value of the Gift Card, the difference can be paid with one of the usual payment methods accepted by the shop. The remaining balance of the Gift Card may be requested at any time by going to the cash desk of the point of sale.
